I have a few items that I felt like had to be fixed on the vehicle before I could make the deal and the sales people and Wendy said that they would make sure all of those items canand would be taken care of once the car in funded. If everything is repaired as they said it will be then I would highly recommend your dealership to friends and family. I was just looking when I went in to the dealer with no intention of buying yet, but they were able to put a deal together that I felt was fair and fitted my needs so i went ahead and purchased.

I have purchased four vehicles thus far from the "Supermarket".  I have received the "red carpet" treatment on my Chevrolet Malibu car purchased within two weeks from Brandon Rees, Mike Gore and Ryan Orr.  I have been treated so well from these fine gentleman and friends for they truly have become friends to me!  They bend over backwards to give me the very best deals and financing possible.  
As I have needed repairs completed across the street, I have been greeted so warmly and received superior service from Rick Stubbs, Riley Nichols, and Todd Markin.  What caring gentleman these fine men are!  The bays can be so crowded but I was greeted and taken care of promptly.  I was amazed at how quickly the bays emptied in remarkable time.  The service is commendable!  
Now, the heart of the dealership is your sweetheart, Diane Smith.  A receptionist should give all customers, whether on the phone or in person, the "warm fuzzies" and make each and every customer feel like Kings or Queens and she does this superbly.  She is another Friend!  
Where do you find your excellent employees?  You must hand pick them and "dip them in chocolate" to keep them so sweet!

I just wanted to write this letter and let you know how great it was to work with Larry H. Miller Used Car. In Oct. I came in to get a new car because the one I had was just to much for me. I ended up working with Brandon Rees, who was simply fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the cars and knew exactly what I wanted when a simple 5 minute explanation. I purchased a Volvo S40 and was very pleased with the car. In Dec. the timing belt decided to break on me which ruined the entire engine, it was out of the 30 days they gave me the Larry H.     My Experience I recently purchased a Vehicle last week at your Dealership. First off I was looking for a different dealership where one of my friends who is also a Salesman worked at but I was unable to find him but one of your salesman Steve greeted me before I even got out of my car which I was inpressed by and is the reason why I even parked and got out of my car and gave your Dealership a shot. He was very upfront, honest and very patient with me. He was doing everything he could to help me get into the car I wanted. We got the payments to work and I signed that night. It seemed so simple. Then I went in to sign with Wendy and she informed me my payments would go up due to warranty issues. I wasn't happy but I was ok with it. I then had to go back to sign with Kuan yesterday to finalize the Finance. He then gave me bad news that my payments will once again go up which I absolutely was not happy about. I wanted to get up and leave with my old car. However, Kuan was so patient and very professional despite my frustration. He helped me and to me whether or not its true went out of his way to help get my payments back down. We got the papers signed. I am very impressed with your employees and thier knowledge and willingness to help Make A Customer Happy. I am happy with the car and now that its all said and done I love it even more.
